Artichoke Green Chile Cheddar Dip

Ingredients

- 1 (8.5 ounce) can of artichoke hearts in water
- 1 (7 ounce) can of artichoke hearts in oil
- 1 (4 pr 8 ounce) can of chopped green chiles
- 2 cups of grated cheddar or jack cheese (or combination)
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Instructions

Drain and chop the artichokes, spread them in a shallow casserole dish. Sprinkle the green chiles evenly over the top. spread the mayonnaise over everything and Sprinkle all of the cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 or 30 minutes. >

This dip is typically with tortilla chips but it can also be served with crackers, small bread rounds or other food items suitable for scooping up the dip.
