Artichoke Green Chile Parmesan Dip

An online recipe with instructions for making Artichoke Green Chile Parmesan Dip.

Ingredients

- 2/3 cups of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 14 ounces of artichoke hearts
- 1 can of chopped green chiles
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of hot sauce
- 6 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
TOPPING:
- 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (topping)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except the topping and bake in an 8 inch round (or similar) shallow dish. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle parmesan cheese topping over the baked mixture and broil 1 or 2 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
