Gulliver's Roast Beef Hash

An online recipe with instructions for making Gulliver's Roast Beef Hash served at Gulliver's Restaurant in Southern California in the 1980s.

Ingredients

- 1-1/2 pound of leftover roasted beef, diced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1-1/2 cups of cooked potato, diced
- 4 teaspoons of oil
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
- dash of hot pepper sauce (for example Tabasco)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of MSG (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Instructions

Saute beef, onion and potat in hot oil until browned.

Add the broth, worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt, pepper and (if you are using it) MSG.

Bake in a casserole dish, uncovered, at 350 degrees for one hour, stirring occasionally.
