Ham Loaf With Ground Pork

An online recipe with instructions for making Ham Loaf With Ground Pork and Mustard Glaze.

Ingredients

Ham Loaf Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 pounds of ground smoked ham
- 1/2 pound of ground pork
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup of crushed saltine crackers
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
- 1 cup of milk

Mustard and Brown Sugar Glaze Ingredients
- 1-1/2 tablespoons of prepared mustard (not dry mustard)
- 3/4 cup of brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of water

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly

Place in an ungreased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours

While the meat is cooking, blend all of the glaze ingredients together

After the loaf has cooked for 1.5 hours, spread the mustard glaze over the top and bake for another half hour, basting often with the sauce that forms around the meat.
