Planned

As of January 1996, a developer has completed negotiations with the

ski and skate outlet linked with an "enclosed, heated full-size in-line
skating rink".

As of June 1996, the local govenment still expects the mall to be open
for the Christmass 1996 season, however it's not clear whether the
skating rink was to be part of the initial construction, or just an
example of the kind of store/facility that would be built if there was
an committed lessor.
