What is a WaveSki?
A waveski - also known as a paddleski - is a type of surfboard that the rider sits on top of. The sport of waveskiing combines the power of paddling with the manoeuvrability and performance of a surfboard. The International Canoe Federation organizes an WaveSki World Championships that is typically held every two years. NOTE: The Waveski should not not to be confused with SurfSki, which is a type of kayak.)
